Grit Theatre presents: Pond. Pond will be performed at the Festival Hub as part of the 2011 Melbourne Fringe Festival in September and October. Pond looks into a house where the inhabitants never leave. The internet is their lifeline, their only connection to the outside world. The two people build a new nature, a new environment to observe and nurture. The show discusses relationships, identity, and our interaction with technology and nature. A fiercely visual work, Pond will further Grit Theatre’s reputation for imagery and striking visual poetry.
